The structure of the explosion protection document is based on DGUV 113-001 (EX-RL E6) (see attachment).
An inspection of the plant is carried out by the qualified person. One working day (10 hours) is planned for the arrival and departure as well as the interview on site.
The explosion protection document, including the risk assessment tables 1 to 3 (see appendix), is first drawn up in draft form on the basis of the client’s existing documents and the on-site visit.
Time required: 10 working days after submission of the client’s documents
The prepared draft of the explosion protection document is sent to the client by e-mail for review.
Time required: 5 working days after the on-site interview
The submitted explosion protection document is discussed by telephone.
The final version of the explosion protection document with all the documents listed in the appendix is prepared on the basis of telephone discussions. The explosion protection document is sent to the client by e-mail as a PDF and as an MS Word file.
Time required: 2 working days after telephone consultation
