Die MRL ist grunds\u00e4tzlich an den Hersteller adressiert. Bedingt durch die Verkettung von (unvollst\u00e4ndigen) Maschinen mit einer \u00fcbergeordneten Steuerung zu einer Anlage oder durch Ver\u00e4nderungen an Maschinen bzw. Anlagen nach deren Inbetriebnahme werden in der Praxis h\u00e4ufig auch Betreiber zum so genannten \u201eEigenhersteller\u201c. Der Hersteller bzw. Eigenhersteller muss fallabh\u00e4ngig f\u00fcr unvollst\u00e4ndige Maschinen bzw. f\u00fcr Maschinen vor dem Bereitstellen am Markt bzw. der Inbetriebnahme und ggf. die CE-Kennzeichnung anbringen und technische Unterlagen erstellen, insbesondere die Dokumente:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"arrow-gray\">\n<li>Risikobeurteilung<\/li>\n<li>Montage- bzw. Betriebsanleitung<\/li>\n<li>Einbau- bzw. EU-\/EG-Konformit\u00e4tserkl\u00e4rung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Maschinenrichtlinie (MRL) ist auch auf industrielle Gro\u00dfanlagen (z. B. Anlagen der chemischen Industrie) anzuwenden.
